The Bay, along with the other Birchington Churches, have been proud to host another brilliant Scripture Union this year – thanks to everyone who volunteered.
August is a sort of holiday for the Church, but as Autumn comes to meet us we’ll looking forward to our regular activities returning, including those of our regular hall users.
To welcome in the new season, we will be welcoming again our friends from Christchurch URC on the first Sunday of Autumn, 6th September at The Bay for a joint service which includes Holy Communion.
Autumn can be known as a melancholic season, and with this in mind we remember our Christian friends across the road at St Thomas’, whose Church will closing at the end of August. They will be in our thoughts and prayers.
